Another successful EUMelaReg Retreat in Belgrade

It was a great pleasure to welcome almost 60 participants to this year's meeting. We would like to thank everyone for their participation and active involvement in our recent EUMelaReg Retreat. In addition to the stimulating plenary discussions, the World Café sessions provided ample opportunities for exchanging ideas on specific topics. The intensive conversation in the smaller groups led to valuable results that will make an important contribution to the further development of our registry. Along with the many newly introduced project ideas, these results once again underline the central role of EUMelaReg in the collection and analysis of real-world data. A special program item of the retreat was the evening city tour, which gave us fascinating insights into the history of Belgrade concluded with an excellent dinner which provided space for further exchange and networking.

Our special thanks go to the Central and South-East European Melanoma Expert Group, especially Mirna Situm and Lidija Kandolf, for hosting this event. The great hospitality and support contributed to the success of our fifth retreat.

The numerous positive responses, the high level of participation and the great commitment of all participants are a valuable motivation for us to continue our work with full energy. We look forward to implementing the resolutions that were passed, driving forward new projects and continuing the constructive exchange.

We are already looking forward to our next event in the coming year!
