EUMelaReg hosts annual Retreat in Amsterdam
This year, the Retreat of the European Melanoma Registry (EUMelaReg) was hosted in Amsterdam - creating a focused environment centered on rigorous data analysis, open exchange on ongoing projects, and the strategic definition of our next steps.
It was a true pleasure to welcome 45 participants from our participating countries to this year’s Retreat.
Beyond inspiring plenary sessions, our interactive discussions and breakout formats created space for meaningful exchange, new project ideas, and concrete next steps for advancing our registry. The strong engagement once again highlighted the central role of EUMelaReg in generating and analyzing real-world data across Europe.
Our sincere thanks go to the Dutch delegation - John Haanen, Michel WJM Wouters, Karijn Suijkerbuijk, and Anke Kuijpers - for hosting a wonderful welcome reception at the The Netherlands Cancer Institute. Your hospitality and support made this retreat truly special.
A special highlight was our evening canal cruise through Amsterdam - offering the perfect setting for networking and continued conversations in a uniquely local atmosphere.
Thank you to everyone for your active participation and commitment. We are energized by the momentum, excited to implement the outcomes, and already looking forward to next year’s meeting!
